Student eye health · 2022
Helping students see and learn with confidence
In January 2022, HRH Charity Foundation partnered with Refuge Place International (RPI)/GoodVision to launch a free eye-health outreach for students in District 10, Montserrado County.
The school-based initiative brought vision screening closer to learners and helped connect children who needed support with eyeglasses and eye medication. The outreach continued at Rebecca J. Wilson Elementary & Junior High School on 1–2 February 2022.
The initiative reflected CEO Hon. Karishma Pelham-Raad’s belief that every child deserves the opportunity to see better.
KPRMP alumni success
From mentorship to professional experience
Romi Tamba and Daniel Bengar, alumni fellows of the Karishma Pelham-Raad Mentorship Program, have been selected for a three-month journalism internship at Punch FM/TV.
The opportunity gives both fellows practical newsroom exposure, career-building experience and a stronger foundation for professional growth. It reflects KPRMP’s commitment to ensuring that mentorship leads to skills, access and meaningful opportunities.
