Mentorship is the key to unlocking potential
Cohort 1 brought 500 emerging leaders together for focused conversations on leadership, personal development, career direction and community responsibility. Fellows learned from experienced mentors, facilitators and panelists while building valuable connections with one another.
The experience extended beyond speeches. Fellows participated in guided sessions, shared ideas, received practical encouragement and completed the cohort with a stronger sense of purpose and responsibility.

Founder and program vision
Hon. Karishma Pelham-Raad
Diplomat · Public Servant · International Relations Professional · Mentor
Her work spans diplomacy, public service, international cooperation and youth empowerment. She previously served as Liberia’s Assistant Minister for International Organizations and established the program to create access to guidance, leadership development, exposure and opportunity.
